Full participation fees to be paid by bank transfer in EURO until 23 September 2016 to the account of CISMA. Please clearly indicate on the bank transfer: Fem Congress/participant's name.

Registration fees

Fees for delegate programme, 6th and 7th October:

• - 480€ before 04/09
• - 520€ before 05/31
• - 580€ before 09/30
• - 700€ after 09/30

Cancellation policy

In the case of cancellations, a notification must be sent by email to femcongress@cisma.fr. Cancellation without penalty is 14 days prior to arrival, any reservations cancelled or amended after this date will be charged in full.
As we do not manage accomodations directly, cancellation of accomodations must be directly dealt with the hotel. See conditions on hotel registration form.
